Even though we arrived late at night, we were given a warm welcome. The apartment is wonderful and comfortably hosts four people — we especially loved its authentic design. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town: the Leaning Tower is only a 15-minute walk away. The welcome gift waiting for us on arrival was a classy touch.

Chiara
I’m Chiara, a veterinarian by trade — travel is my passion, and it’s taken me quite far and wide. Far enough to know what people really need when they arrive in a city they don’t know. I’m happy to help with advice on where to eat, how to get around, what’s truly worth seeing. My idea of hospitality is this: practical, honest, available when needed — never intrusive when it isn’t. If you have a question, just ask: I’d rather give you a real answer than a rehearsed one.
In the words of those who stayed
A few house rules, for everyone’s comfort
Just the essentials, so your stay is easy for you and for the building’s residents.
City tax €2.50 per person per night, already included in Airbnb bookings.
Shuttle service on request — just ask Chiara.
Minimum stay: 2 nights
The shortest stay we can host is two nights — just enough time to see Pisa without rushing.
Documents and contract
On arrival each guest shows a valid identity document and signs the standard short-term tourist rental agreement: a formality of a few minutes, required by law.
Quiet hours 11 pm – 7 am
Between 11 pm and 7 am we keep noise down, out of respect for the building’s other residents.
No smoking
No smoking indoors. The terrace is there for you — please don’t drop cigarette butts into the garden below.
Pets on request
Four-legged friends are welcome, but only with prior approval.
Lock up when you go out
Lock the door and close the windows when you leave; avoid leaving valuables in the flat.
Registered guests only
Access to the home is reserved for authorised, registered guests.
Sorted waste
Glass, mixed packaging, paper, food and general waste. The bins open with the dedicated card (in via Sighieri or piazza San Paolo all’Orto).
